For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. If you are paying with a credit card, Glazed and Confused will process your payment and Glazed and Confused, Inc. will appear on your statement.  Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out. Missouri residents must pay applicable sales tax.

Cancellations
We’ll only cancel a placed order if no work has begun on completing any of the items ordered. If a credit card was used to place the order, we will refund the entire amount minus a $5.00 service fee which covers the cost of processing your card.

All of our products are hand painted especially for you. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Please verify your selections very carefully, as we are not responsible for your typos or errors while adding products to the shopping cart. If we made an error on your product, please call us within 24hrs of receiving your item and we‘ll gladly replace the product free of charge.  Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for replacement.

 

Product Guarantee

We guarantee that all of our products are completely painted and glazed by hand and each is unique and different. Due to the unpredictability of high temperature firing, we can not be held responsible for minor irregularities that may occur during the firing process, including small areas that don’t accept glaze, small fly aways from fire bricks and discolorations in the pottery itself. Each item will be carefully inspected before shipping to ensure a quality product. If you feel your item is not acceptable in its appearance with the exception of design or lettering, please call us.

 

We also guarantee that our products are food safe.  They can be used in the dishwasher but to ensure the longevity of your piece you might want to hand wash it and protect it from extreme temperature variations.  Our product is no different than any other ceramic product on the market as far as durability and quality...  any ceramic piece is subject to crazing (tiny spider-web cracks from extreme temperatures either hot or cold), bubbles in the glaze, slight color variations, etc.  That is the beauty of a hand painted ceramic product.
